Terms of Service

PaymentPayment comes first! I will send you an invoice.
I'll start working on your commission as soon as the full payment is received.
I currently take Paypal, and CashApp.Due Date
I’ll have your art(s) done within a month!
Unless I have stated otherwise, or you happen to order a handful of art I will ask you if I need any extensions.
If you would like it done by a specific date thats reasonable, please ask!Sketch Approval
After payment, I’ll send you a sketch to review and approve!
Minor changes can be made after.Refunds
No refunds after the sketch is approved.
If I can’t finish your piece for some reason, or within the month due date I’ll make sure to refund you in full.Communication
I prefer to communicate via discord!
Twitter also works too, as Bluesky does not have the ability to send images in messages unfortunately.
Make sure to respond to approvals and updates so we stay on track!Ownership & Usage
I might share the art in my portfolio or online. Let me know upfront if you’d prefer to keep it private, although there will be a 30% fee for this.
The artwork is for personal use only.
If you want commercial use there will be a one-time fee that is 100% of the price of the artwork.
With commercial rights, you are free to use your commissioned art to make stickers, keychains, prints, etc to sell.
For personal items just for you, you do NOT need commercial rights.
You are free to post the artwork wherever you’d like with credit!Feel free to contact me if you have any other questions!I have the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
